I’m joining Gardenmama for her photo challenge this week. Here is a moment of wandering from my week…
Here are my feet taking me where I need to go, pausing with me as I search around for inspiration. They root me on the ground, to the old cobbles planted years before; I am reminded of home. History makes me feel secure, to know what went before gives me hope of some current understanding. I look for clues in this unfamiliar landscape, look for connection to the world I know. In this moment I stand where many others had stood before. Here I am wandering so that I can be still.
Where have you wandered recently?
What a beautiful post Emma, thank you for sharing these lovely sentiments paired with photo! xo
Thanks for the inspiration Nicole!
I enjoyed seeing your wandering post and also your lovely blog. xx
Thank you for coming for a visit Jacqui!
So so true! We tend to crave that wandering, yet in the end all we need is right where we are. We just need to stop and realize it! What a beautiful reminder of that.
